Our features

As a result of our ambition to create the most intelligent product for every customer we introduce a machine learning feature for our devices. They collect data, analyse the process parameters and optimise their performance by making decisions based on past experience. This innovation enhances the modernisation of technical processes by reducing the probability of human error during set up and operation of a system.

Our multi-level protection circuits preserve the normal operation of the microcontroller unit which allows for reading and analysing the stored data even in the event of unpredicted conditions.

What have we done?

Protection

- Communicational lines protection:
RS 485 - MODBUS, FIELDBUS, PROFIBUS etc.;
- 12V supply;
- Protection of 4-20 (0-20) mA lines;
- Protection of communicational lines
specified by the costumer.

GSM Module

- Based on SIM300 module.
- Three band GSM/GPRS, operating at EGSM 900 MHz, DCS 1800 MHz and PCS1900 MHz.
- Supports GPRS multi-slot class 10 and supports GPRS coding schemes CS-1, CS-2, CS-3 and CS-4.
- Has the ability to send and receive SMS.
- Power supply - 7 to 30 VDC or 7 - 24 VAC.
- RS232 and RS485 communication.
- Antennae - SMA connector.
- DIN rail mounting.

Vibrations data logger

Measures the vibrations from a 3-axis accelerometer and stores the data on an SD-card. The data could be read from a computer through USB interface.

Proportional Integral Derivative controller

Used for the cooling stage of an industrial process. It measures the current temperature and decides how strong the cooling should be depending on current temperature conditions.
